A new survey by Consumer Report revealed that 80% of adults have experienced back pain at some point in their lives, and have tried 5-6 different treatments to alleviate their pain. According to the survey, hands-on therapies, such as chiropractic, were rated the most effective.
But hands down the best treatment for back pain is not getting it in the first place, and practices like maintaining proper posture, stretching, strength training, and visiting your chiropractor for spinal maintenance, will help prevent the onset of back pain.
